Quincy is hyper, easily impressed, and is, quite possibly, one of the most annoying creatures on earth. He finds EVERYTHING incredible. He's nice enough, but has a tendency to ramble on, at break-neck speeds, about anything and everything that's on his mind at any given time. Ralph and Jimmy try desperately to avoid him just to keep from setting him off on a tangent. Fred just hates him for some mysterious reason. He'll never be an official member of the team, but has proven himself useful once before. No one knows just where he came from, being a giant bipedal turtle and all, but no one seems to worry about it.
